Mobile scales supply information on your material flows. Information that helps you raise the efficiency and reduce the cost of those flows. But in order to do that, the information needs to be made available to the right people and the right software platforms in your organisation. On this page you find software products that allow you to integrate RAVAS mobile scales in your information network, just as easy as you would a barcode scanner. Thus weights and other information on material flows is captured and transferred to WMS or ERP systems in an efficient way.
UniMobile Connect
UniMobile Connect is a bridge software that runs in the background of the main application on your handheld or truck mounted terminal. UniMobile Connect lets you define a function key on your terminal which automatically imports the weight from the RAVAS scale into a relevant field of the terminal application. UniMobile Connect is supplied free of charge with every RAVAS scale that is ordered with a RS 232 or Bluetooth data port.

 UniMobile
UniMobile is PDA software for offline data capture and periodical transfer to a PC. On a PDA that communicates with a RAVAS scale via Bluetooth, UniMobile lets you configure a simple dialogue that helps the truck operator record information on the pallet or container being handled, together with the weight. All information is saved in a CSV-file on the PDA. At the end of the day the PDA is connected to a PC via USB cable and the CSV-file is transferred. On the PC the data file can be opened in Excel, where the data can be processed.

 UniWin
UniWin is PC software for online data exchange with UniMobile PDA’s that operate in conjunction with RAVAS mobile scales. UniWin allows you to create jobs on a PC and send these to UniMobile PDA’s via WLAN. The UniMobile software captures both qualitative (e.g. barcodes) and quantitative information (weight) on goods handled, and sends these back to the UniWin PC, where they are recorded in a central database for further processing. UniWin also makes the information available to ERP/WMS systems, via shared files. UniWin is the ideal interface between factory floor weighing and ERP systems, such as SAP, JD Edwards, Exact, Navision, Oracle, Sage, etc.
